Magnetic Core · A game by Pixigo

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Magnetic Core (the “Game”) is developed and published under the Pixigo brand, operated by Aram Mehrabyan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game on the web or a mobile device, or contact us about it. Aram Mehrabyan is the controller of personal information processed for operating the Game, except where a third-party provider acts as an independent controller.

At a glance: You do not need an account or need to give us your name or email address to play. Your saved progress and preferences are stored on your device. Starting with version 1.0.0 (build 4), optional gameplay and technical reporting through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring is off until you enable Share usage & diagnostics in Settings. It uses Google AdMob for non-personalized advertising and, when enabled, Apple for Lightning Coin purchases. Advertising privacy choices are separate from Firebase analytics and performance collection.

1. Information we process

Gameplay information. The Game stores progress, settings, consent preferences, and purchase-delivery records on your device, as detailed below. We do not require user registration.

Gameplay analytics. When you enable Share usage & diagnostics, the native mobile Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it is used. Events include screen views, game modes, starts and results, scores and clears, tutorial progress, skin choices, virtual currency earned or spent, rewarded-ad interactions, and visits to the Coin shop. These events may include game and cosmetic identifiers and technical measurements. We do not send your name or email address with these events or assign an account-based user ID.

Identifiers and general location. Firebase and advertising SDKs can process app-instance or installation identifiers, vendor or other device identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, language, and IP-derived general location. These identifiers can associate events with the same app installation or device even though you do not have an account. The release iOS Firebase Analytics integration excludes advertising-identifier (IDFA) support, disables vendor-ID collection, and denies advertising storage, advertising user-data use, and ad personalization. App-instance or installation identifiers can still be used for optional analytics and diagnostics. The Game does not request precise device location.

Performance and diagnostics. When optional reporting is enabled, Firebase Performance Monitoring collects information about startup, screen rendering, network timing, device and app characteristics, installation identifiers, and IP addresses. We also measure gameplay actions, transitions, and visual-effect performance, including frame timing. Google AdMob may process crash reports, performance information, and other SDK diagnostics. We use this information to investigate reliability and improve the Game.

For details about Google's processing, see Google Analytics data disclosures, Firebase data disclosures, and Privacy and Security in Firebase.

Advertising and purchase information. Google AdMob may process technical and advertising information, and Magnetic Core receives limited information about App Store purchases, as explained in the following sections.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

2. Why we use information and our legal bases

Current collection controls. Advertising requests are gated by Google's consent-status check, with forms shown when required by UMP. In version 1.0.0 (build 4) and later, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring collection is off by default. Enable or disable it with Home → Settings → Share usage & diagnostics. Turning it off stops future optional reports and resets the local Analytics identifier; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. These controls are independent of advertising consent. Earlier TestFlight builds collected Firebase reports automatically.

3. Advertising and consent

Magnetic Core uses Google AdMob for gameplay banners, rewarded ads for continuing after losing, and interstitial ads between completed games. Some builds use test ads. The Game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent status and show applicable forms.

The release is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. It requests non-personalized ads and restricts ad content to a G rating. The iOS release disables AdMob publisher first-party ID and publisher ad personalization. It does not classify all players as children or claim to have verified their age. Magnetic Core does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission or use personalized advertising.

Non-personalized advertising still involves some data processing. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device identifiers, diagnostics, advertisements viewed, and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising and support SDK performance.

When Google requires privacy options to be available, open Pause → Settings → Privacy choices to review or change your advertising choices. This control may not appear when UMP does not require a privacy-options form. These choices apply to advertising and do not switch off Firebase Analytics or Performance Monitoring.

For more information, see Google's SDK data disclosure guide, how Google uses information for advertising, and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. App Store purchases

When purchases are enabled, Lightning Coin purchases are processed by Apple. Some builds show a shop preview with purchases disabled. Pixigo does not receive card or bank details. The Game receives product and transaction identifiers, verification and revocation status, and purchase state; it stores redeemed transaction identifiers locally to prevent duplicate rewards. Firebase Analytics can also measure StoreKit purchase events, including product and price information, when purchases occur.

5. Data stored on your device

Magnetic Core stores the following information locally on your device:

These local records can generally be removed by uninstalling the Game, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Separate analytics events can include scores, selected skins, and currency activity. Removing local records does not automatically delete information already sent to Google or purchase records held by Apple.

6. Service providers and sharing

Google processes gameplay analytics through Google Analytics for Firebase, technical information through Firebase Performance Monitoring, advertising information through AdMob, and advertising consent choices through User Messaging Platform. Apple processes App Store purchases and provides the limited purchase information described above. Their processing is governed by the applicable service and privacy terms; their roles can differ by service and use.

We may disclose information when required by law or to respond to valid legal requests. We do not sell personal information for money or use personalized advertising.

7. Children's privacy

Magnetic Core is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game does not require an account, name, email address, or precise location to play. Advertising is non-personalized and restricted to G-rated content. The App Store age rating is a content rating and is not an age-verification mechanism.

Optional Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring are off by default in the release described above. Users must be able to provide valid consent under the law that applies to them before enabling optional collection. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal obligations. Game progress stored locally remains on your device until you clear it, uninstall the Game, or the operating system removes it, subject to any platform backup settings. Our providers may apply their own retention periods. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related obligations.

Analytics retention depends on the settings for our Google Analytics project and Google's applicable policies. Firebase states that Performance Monitoring keeps IP-associated events for 30 days and installation-associated and de-identified performance data for 60 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. See Firebase's retention information. Contact us for information about applicable retention settings or to request deletion of information that can be associated with you.

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your rights and privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures or targeted advertising. You can contact us using the address below. We may request reasonable information to identify relevant records and verify the request. Some data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it.

Where available, Pause → Settings → Privacy choices reopens Google's advertising privacy form. See Google's privacy and messaging guidance. For version 1.0.0 (build 4) and later, use Home → Settings → Share usage & diagnostics to control Firebase collection separately. Changing advertising choices does not change this setting. You can contact privacy@pixigo.ai to exercise your rights or discuss analytics and performance data; please do not send sensitive information unnecessarily.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your competent supervisory authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

10. International transfers

Technology providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, cross-border transfers must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the Game and its integrations evolve. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent for material changes when legally required.
